10 pound Bone in Pork Shoulder (picnic)

Put it on the smoker for 14 hours. Came out perfect. Great piece of meat, even better value.

Quality of meat is fine, price is excellent, you just never know what you're going to get. Opened my box today to find a 7lb pork shoulder with a separate 3lb hunk of pork on the side. I didn't order 10lbs of pork, I ordered a 10lb pork shoulder.

Can't go wrong decent pork usually fill my. Smoker with about 4 of them

This was a great dinner with lots of leftover into the freezer ( pulled pork/ on a bun / tacos ) with crispy skin.
I wish I would have ordered 2 of them. Big hit with the family (5 of us)
