Returns
EXAMINE ALL GOODS ON ARRIVAL, IF UNSATISFACTORY, NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN WITHIN 24 HOURS, THE ORDER INVOICE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL CLAIMS AND RETURN GOODS. ALL FRESH PRODUCTS MUST BE STORED AT 0 DEGREES CELSIUS, AND FROZEN PRODUCT AT -18 DEGREES CELSIUS. TERMS ARE NET 7 DAYS PAST DUE ACCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO A SERVICE CHARGE OF 24% ANUAL. PLEASE SIGNED THE INVOICE UPON RECEIVING THE PRODUCT TO AGREE THAT PRODUCT IS RECEIVE IN GOOD CONDITION.
We only refund wrong, missing and damage products.
Customer must inform our office immediately for damage or missing product.
Call our office between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday to Friday. You can leave a voicemail if Phone line is unavailable or busy, we will call you back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
To return your product, you should Call our Office # at 416-623-7878 Between 9 am and 2 pm. Monday to Friday. Our driver will come pick it up from your location and give you the replacement product or if not possible we will give you complete refund on the product you want to return.
