25 Pounds of Whole Pork leg

Excellent service

Good piece of meat, made smoked ham and smoked sausages, noticed less water from the meat during curing process, less than store bought meat.

Its simple a whole pork leg, I smoked and shredded just good

I have placed 4 orders with this company and am very disappointed.
On my second order I ordered 20 pounds of chicken wings only received 10
Store said they would ship the missed wings on next order. Placed another order and even called and emailed saying to please send what I had already paid for they said “no problem”
Well it wasn’t in my next delivery either. They assured me it would be on my 4th order
Guess what not there again
I’ve had enough this store will never get my business again.
The meat is ok but it’s about the same as grocery store meat.
Be very aware of your order and what is shipped
Good luck if there is anything missing I guess this is how this store increases there profit.
