Option 1 - (Whole belly) is approximately 15 pounds +- 1 pound.
Option 2 -(Half belly) is approximately 7.5 pounds +-1 pound

Bought 3 pounds and had enough for a few meals. Made in oven and needed to trim fat after it cooks but pork was juicy.
total waste of money and time as this is so tiny and over half weight is fat. Should not even sell this. My mistake too as I did not realize how small a pound would be but seriously again I can get double this for less from my regular butcher. Have not cooked it yet so cannot comment on flavor but seriously small and prob will only use it to add to baked beans as waste of time to cook it how I normally do
