I use all of the 5lbs of lamb to make burgers, put some fresh garlic, rosemary and bit of thyme in the food processor mixed it with the meat some salt & pepper. Made burgers on a baking sheet with parchment paper into the freezer . After it’s frozen I packed in bags. We BBQ some last night they were amazing. I will definitely order this again family loved it.

Quality meat but poor service
Placed an order and received a call from the store within an hour that I can pickup my order between 1 pm - 5 pm. Went there around 1:30 only to find out that my order wasn’t ready yet. I was asked to wait for 15-20 min. 20 min later I get a call again that my order couldn’t be fulfilled and I was asked to comeback the next day. Overall, I wasted an hour of my time that day.
