5 Pound Angus Chuck Short Ribs

I got these Fred Flintstone beauties for a get together, sous-vide them for 20 hours and finished with the grill...spectacular meaty ribs that people wowed about.

I ordered these short ribs and got the korean style short ribs instead.

2 seperate bags - one frozen, one not.

This time ribs were almost all fat.
