Browned it, then braised it for 4 hours, low and slow. Came out like magic, best brisket i've ever made. All my leftovers got stolen :(. Guess i'll have to make another one

First brisket I ever put on the smoker and I didn’t think it was going to turn out well. Was I ever wrong !! It was amazingly juicy and tender everyone loved it and there wasn’t any left over. Online transaction was very smooth and efficient. Ordered the brisket around 5:00 am and at 9:00 am received an email confirming it was ready for pick. I will definitely be using Venerica again.
