Made my best smoked brisket to date.
Bought a half brisket and slow cooked it in the oven using a covered roasting pan using an improvised online recipe with rootbeer ginger garlic and handful of other ingredients. It was a hit all around ,juicy tender and tasty.It was my first purchase from Venerica I will be making further buys. Bill
Not a lot of fat to trim, consistent thickness, came out very well.
This quality of meat was decent however the trim was poor. There was almost no fat left on the bottom of the brisket, and the large vein of fat between the point of the flat was not taken down at all.
