These steaks were only half an inch thick and quite gristly, I would not order them again.

Fantastic Bone In Ribeyes
I bought four bone-in ribeye steaks for New Year’s and they exceeded expectations. The bone-in cuts were thick with excellent marbling and clearly high quality. I cooked them over lump charcoal, which gave them an amazing sear and smoky flavour while staying juicy and tender inside. Everyone at the table commented on how good they were. These steaks made our New Year’s meal memorable

Steaks were horribly cut and full of fat.
First 2 times I ordered here and the steaks were great, 3rd time they were absolutely horrible. I think I got 4oz of edible meat off a 12 oz steak. They were cut thin on 1 side and an inch thick on the other, completely uneven
