12 Pound Boneless Whole Brisket

I just slow cooked them for a few hours in a pot and they turned out very well

Get my brisket here regularly. Comes fresh and ready to smoke. I don’t bother trimming, just mustard and rub, then smoke for 14-18 hours. Always good

We did this Texas style on the smoker. It was incredibly good; moist and exceptionally tasty.

I cured this and made corned beef and pastrami. Just enough fat. Good Meaty Flavor.
