You can bbq them ... thet are a bit chewy but lots of flavor

Online you will see recommendations to slow cook or braise these cuts, but salt + pepper and a grill was more than enough for a fantastic dinner. Will buy again!

We were very happy with the steak very good

Bought these steaks for the first time couple of weeks ago and loved them. They were cooked on the barbecue and with some veg and potatoes they were delicious. Will definitely buy them again . They were also great value.
