I don't think i can buy grocery store ground chicken anymore. The 11 lbs of ground chicken has the perfect ratio of meat and fat, it sears perectly in the pan and the taste is unbelievable! Very versatile-- i also used it to make a spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Please keep it up--I am definitely reordering
