12 oz AAA+ Capless Rib steak

I bought four bone-in ribeye steaks for New Year’s and they exceeded expectations. The bone-in cuts were thick with excellent marbling and clearly high quality. I cooked them over lump charcoal, which gave them an amazing sear and smoky flavour while staying juicy and tender inside. Everyone at the table commented on how good they were. These steaks made our New Year’s meal memorable

First 2 times I ordered here and the steaks were great, 3rd time they were absolutely horrible. I think I got 4oz of edible meat off a 12 oz steak. They were cut thin on 1 side and an inch thick on the other, completely uneven

Price is right, the meat is so tender , I wish I should have ordered more.

I don't often use the word 'fantastic', in fact I've never used that in any review of any product! But these steaks are incredibly flavourful, tender and delicious. We buy meat from a few high-end purveyors but Venerica's 35-day aged steaks are our favourite hands down!
