5 Pound of Beef Heart

I was expecting it to already be cut to bit size pieces so I can drop it directly into my instapot, but it arrives as one giant biology artifact. I guess the photo does show a whole heart. I wish there's option to get you to cut them to bite size pieces and you charge extra money to prep them

I asked for the heart to be trimmed. The hard fat removed.

That didn't happen at all.

I love smoked beef heart and this is ok - but its frozen and not bagged very well and would develop freezer burn
