1 Pound of Angus Korean Style Short Ribs

We like ours a bit thinner and they always cut them just as we ask them to do. The price is fantastic for the quality. We will order these over and over.

I buy these Kalbi short ribs in bulk every 6mos or so by delivery and this time around the ribs were not the same quality as I received in past orders. Firstly, previous orders, each pound was vacuum sealed separately which was nice - now they are all slapped together. Also, the meat I got was very lean and very thin.. think bulgogi with bones. There was also some very chewy and tough ligaments around the meat which was not the case in past orders.

I probably will not reorder when I run out this time around,

Loved them marinated in kalbi sauce. Cut as requested & ready for pickup on time. Will order again.
